1. Services Provided

Consultancy services for obtaining various product certifications such as but not limited to BIS (CRS & ISI Mark), EPR Registration (E-Waste, Plastic Waste, Battery Waste, and Used Oil), WPC ETA Approval, and Legal Metrology Registration. Our company will act as a guide and assist the clients in the above process.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The clients are required to provide accurate and complete information and documentation that is necessary for the certification process. Delays, rejections, or problems that may arise due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the clients are the responsibility of the clients only.
  • Compliance: The clients are responsible for ensuring that their products and businesses are complying with the rules and regulations that are necessary for the certification process.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: All payments for our consultancy services must be made through authorized channels as specified by SR Services.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Once the certification process has commenced, including the submission of applications or payments made to government authorities on your behalf, the consultancy fees are non-refundable. Government fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The contents, materials, brochures, checklists, and other intellectual properties supplied by SR Services, such as “About Us,” “Why Choose Us,” and service descriptions, are and shall remain the exclusive and confidential property of SR Services.

  • Usage: The client is permitted to make limited use of the materials supplied by us exclusively for the purpose of utilizing our consultancy services. The materials supplied by us should not be duplicated, reproduced, or distributed for any other purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

SR Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the utilization of our website or services. We do not guarantee any outcome or result within a specific period, as it is subject to the discretion of government authorities. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid to us by the client for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

8. Modifications

SR Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The clients will be informed of any major changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions after the change.
